Xoghaye ProjectApp is built and operated by Xoghaye Business Technology Solutions. It's a business-management app — projects, invoices, receipts, payments, and related financial records — used by companies ("Customers") to run their own operations, and by that Customer's staff ("Users") to do their day-to-day work.
If you're using Xoghaye ProjectApp, it's almost certainly because your employer is a Customer and has given you an account. Your employer decides what business data goes into the app and who on their team can see it. Xoghaye Business Technology Solutions operates the app and the servers it runs on, on the Customer's behalf.
Each Customer's data lives in that Customer's own account, kept separate from every other Customer's data.
We don't collect your location, contacts, photos outside the app, browsing history, or anything from other apps on your device.

Everything above is used for one purpose: running Xoghaye ProjectApp for your employer. That means authenticating you, showing you the right company's data, letting you record and view projects and financial transactions, and keeping your work saved and in sync across devices.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build behavioral or marketing profiles from it.
Business and account data is stored on servers operated by Xoghaye Business Technology Solutions, in a separate database for each Customer. All data sent between the app and the server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
The app also keeps a local copy of some data on your device — session credentials, and a cache of recently viewed records — so the app stays usable and fast even with a weak connection. Session credentials are stored using Android's secure, encrypted storage.
Your data is kept for as long as your employer's account with us is active. If you leave your employer or want your personal account data removed, start with your company's admin — they control access to the app. You can also reach us directly at support@xoghayebtech.com and we'll help route your request.
We use encrypted connections for all data sent to and from the app, secure on-device storage for session credentials, and separate each Customer's data from every other Customer's. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information.
Xoghaye ProjectApp is a workplace tool for business staff and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised version at this same page.
